New holiday recording coming soon.

It's for You...for Christmas!I am super excited to share this 3-D preview of my upcoming recording, “It’s for You…for Christmas.”  Click here to see it.  The recording is a hybrid of both classical and popular works.  The electronic release will be available on Tuesday, November 29th, which is just a few short days away.  You’ll be able to find my recording on CDBaby, Amazon and iTunes as well!

I hope you’ll enjoy the front cover.  It was painted by British artist and illustrator Julia Guthrie.  I have been a fan of Julia’s work for many years.  This is our third collaboration together as she has painted the cover art for each of my recordings.

The young woman on the cover is a very special 10 year old named Hannah.  Hannah is a courageous young woman who studies karate and often wears a tiara to remind herself that the world is her oyster.  🙂  Her mother, Jamie is one of my closest friends.  She herself is a pianist and composer and was my college roommate at Stetson University.  Thank you to Hannah for being willing to be the model for the front cover and for her mother who played the role of photographer!

I wrote on the inside notes that this recording was made possible by a web of friendship.  This recording was made in the spirit of fun and the people who helped make it possible definitely made it fun.  Thank you to Lurray Myers, pianist, Matt DeSear of Burnt Orange Sound Studio, Julia Guthrie, artist, and Vanessa Targino, graphic designer.
